Shipping Policy

We process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within [1–3 business days], excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will do our best to help you file a claim or locate your shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship to U.S.A., Mexico, and Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
